Job Description
We are a manufacturing company looking for a competent Documents Controller/ Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily documentation.
The candidate should be:
- a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently
under pressure.
- comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new
and effective ways to achieve better results.
Duties and Responsibilities: -Proper documents filing and documentation
- Monitoring Employees monthly Overtimes
- Update the visa status report in a timely manner.
- Assist associates in ways that
optimize procedures.
Skills Required:
- Excellent English language communication skills -IT skills with Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
