🔎 Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment checks.

Administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.

Maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and generating HR reports as needed.

🤝 Supporting employee relations initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and training and development programs.

🌐 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives.

📧 Handling employee inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
